I'm doing some analysis of games in my free time, so sometimes I do it for a team called Hardmode who want to improve their gameplay.
Team composition
Hardmode goes for Vikings so soaking during temple phases should grant them xp advantage.
BX3 goes for pushing comp w/ aba/zagara during temple phases.
First temple phase
It started very well with Anub stealing a few shots from mid temple.
Strategically Hardmode showed their cards very early by sending 3 top. They could have mistified it a bit. Vikings do not get xp advantage because BX3 soaks all lanes.
Two factors led to getting half a level behind for Hardmode :
1) Vikings cannot depush Zagara on bot, she kills minions while viking has to play passively, also when Zagara killed Olaf at bot at start of temple phase she gained 200+ xp in those 7 seconds that Baelog needed to rotate, this equalised the xp adv between both teams (Hardmode was a bit in the lead beforehand) but again Baelog cannot contest much with Zagara
2) Anub contested on mid around 1m50s which a) lost xp at mid (arthas was soaking mid lane) and b) he died needlessly for it
At that moment Hardmode went from almost half a level ahead to half a level behind. Details matter.
Look at the xp from Zagara. Now look at the xp increase from Arthas in those 20s: 700xp and compare it to the 400xp from the Vikings. Hardmode is almost a level behind now.
The reason is the same. Vikings get pushed at mid and bot which denies them xp and grants xp faster to enemy team.
Right after 1st temple phase: Top fort not pushed quickly enough
Because Anub stole temple shots from mid Hardmode has no damage to their temples while BX3 top fort is half health.
But the 3 people at top are not pushing top lane at all. Look at the minimap at 2m19s.. 30s later top team was even going left .. this is a missed oppurtunity. The minimap shows top lane cannot be depushed quickly due to mid temple still being red and it has to be rehgar w/ potentially zeratul.
During those 30s pushing top and be agressive instead of rotating circles on top could have killed that fort. Especially because Zagara on bot keeps on pushing so a counter is needed.
Sylvanas, Khaelthas and Uther seem to be waiting or clueless on what to do next.
Bruiser camp top taken to soon
Temple phase ended at 2m25isch so that means bot temple phase will be at 4m25 and top bruiser camp should push while that temple is contested. Instead of taking top bruisers near the ~4m mark to guarantee that push, Sylvanas already starts taking it at 2m55. That is a tactical mistake since BX3 can depush bruisers before bot temple phase even starts (which is what happened, when bot temple alert arrived only the bruiser mage was left). The camp started pushing at 3m28 which is way to early.
Note: BX3 started taking it to late IMO but they had the luxury.
Positioning Khael'thas
Khael got ganked soon after. Reason is obvious, when there is a Zeratul in opposing team you have to play more carefull and check bushes and play more near the gate. Especially when they also have Abathur spikes on his head.
Khael died 8 seconds later.
Second temple phase bot
Starts great for Hardmode. They went for siege push at bottom which probably explains why they took bruisers sooner. Their positioning is great.
Still they lost that temple.

Still they lost that temple.
Why ?
Two reasons:
a) BX3 plays position correct, they do not go in on temple yet, but instead focus on people hiding in Bushes, preferrably squishies. However, Khael'thas in left bush exposed himself to early and BX3 stayed above temple focusing dps. Then this situation arised:
Khael'thas ran in the wrong direction. He cannot get to his team anymore so it becomes potentially a 4v3 situation. BX3 exploits that and starts focusing on Sylvanas and on Anub (btw Anub did not go for beetle build, but for stun lock, so at that moment he is a bit more squishy). They both die quite fast...
If Khael would have rotated inwards to temple its 4v4 but also Sylvanas can then move more safely to the back. Katta is going to die now as well.
Because of the positioning going wrong BX3 had the upperhand in dps focusing. Zagara should have been focused by Hardmode but they never got the chance.
Meanwhile this happened, as mentioned before, Vikings cannot counter bruiser push at top.
Red team gets their 10s much earlier because of this and since Sky Temple is a snowball map its the worst scenario possible after bot temple.
Zeratul push at top cannot be countered with Vikings
Top tower was destroyed by Zera. Baelog was sent top to counter/soak but that is wrong decision. No match for Zera. Baelog died as a consequence.
Third temple phase
Look at this situation.
This time its red defending bot temple. They also took mid temple so Blue has to make a choice. I deliberately showed the vision from Blue points of view. Zagara and Arthas are defending on bot lane. That means either Rehgar or Zera is on bot temple. One can safely assume it is Rehgar since they want their healer nearby their majority. So its Zera which is taking shots from mid.
So what do you do as Blue ? Do you take risks and dive on bot ? Hoping to win the team fight, equalise the levels, and get bot temple annd maybe even mid ? High risks, high gain. Or do you play safer and just rotate to mid ? Scare Zera away and trade temples.
Blue went for the risky approach but they lost even though most of the time they were 4v3 and focused on the correct target: Zagara. Sylvanas wailing arrow hits them followed by Anub's web on Rehgar. Perfect situation.
So why did they lose that fight ?
1) bad luck : rehgar puls off an ancestral on zagara right before he got webbed
2) arthas and zagara retreat inwards towards temple even due to have 3 stun heroes against them, because all stuns and abilities have been used and are on cd
3) arthas plays smart as tank, he is tanky tank due to his ghouls and positions him so that Zagara cannot be easily reached further down bottom
Rehgar is unwebbed, still Blue has the upperhand 4v3 (zera is rotating to bot in the meantime so blue has to act), this is the situation:
Its still favourable for Blue.
But now Arthas is going to have Abathurs rabbit head on his head. Even though Khaelthas will place a perfect phoenix to separate BX3 Blue is focusing on ... Arthas. Wrong. What does Red do ? They focus on Uther.
New situation...
Zagara is completely outpositioned. She should get focus.
It doesnt happen. Blue feels panicked I think since Uther is getting more damage and Anub as well. But Sylvanas and Khael do not focus on Zagara, nor does Anub who keeps tanking against Arthas.
Zeratul is back by now and he finished off Uther. The rest is just execution.
So what do we learn from this ?
Zagara is top dps in their team. Yet Arthas managed to draw all attention to him. Blue should have either made prio of Zagara by ignoring Arthas or go for rehgar. Either way Arthas did a very good job.
