I've noticed it of myself yesterday w/ Tyrael.
We are about to enter a teamfight 5v5. We call out Jaina as target to initiate. I Judgement her, she dies (although not very quick) and it's 5v4 but the second callout is all messy, I have no overview, I do not know where Valla is or Nazeebo because I am "blind" and only start looking at what appears closest to me. Which is Johanna and our dps starts randomly hitting people. Our Illidan got killed going in to deep and our Diablo got body blocked. We lost the fight...
Tunnel vision. It doesn't happen when I have a clear head and keep calm.
