Ill be the Zeratul/ Tychus / murky / nova player, cant guarantee that list wont get longer with all the new heroes though, especially butcher.

I also remember when I was raiding (Rift) they grouped the people together by role and had one "role leader" that took the responsibility to have as much knowledge shared about playing that role within that group. It really led quickly to people being bad/medicore towards becoming good. Also in the raid itself when all those groups got combined you always had 1 or 2 leaders that knew everything about the bosses, tactics, strategies, etc
If there is one thing I learned back then its that it takes a lot of effort and time to take up such responsibilities. But its rewarding.
Ofc that was a large guild of 20-30 ppl active at an given evening but some principles remain.

I'm not sure if we're even at the point where everyone knows their preferred role. And in this game you also get some heroes better than others, not necessarily from the same category.
